PRODUCT PURCHASE SYSTEM
To proceed with the purchase of the product, the User, who must be over eighteen (18) years old, the user must press “Register” to include their data and register on the web, accepting the “conditions of use” that are propose.
The User must select the product they wish to buy and add it to the “Shopping Cart”. Once the selection of products to be purchased has been completed, the User must click the “Confirm” icon. Next, the products selected for purchase will be indicated and the User must select between sending the products to the address entered in their registration data (being able to choose between any of the addresses contained in their registration data).
After choosing the address, the user will be informed of the postage to be paid for the order placed. In the event that the order exceeds 50 euros, the postage will be borne by Bodegas Castelo de Medina.
Finally, the user must make the payment through the «Banking gateway». The moment the payment is confirmed, the warehouse staff will contact the buyer to confirm a delivery time.
The User name, the email address and the password provided to BODEGAS CASTELO DE MEDINA S.A., are identifying and enabling elements to access and make purchases and are personal and non-transferable. PRODUCT PRICES
The price of the products reflected on the website is only applicable for mainland Spain. In case of receiving an order from outside this territory, the shipping costs will be added to the price reflected on the web.
The prices of the products offered through the Website include all applicable taxes. The shipping costs of the products on behalf of the buyer, will be detailed and broken down after confirming the products that have been included in the “shopping cart”.
BODEGAS CASTELO DE MEDINA S.A., reserves the right to modify the prices reflected on the Website, at any time. The products will be billed at the current price reflected on the Website, at the time the order is registered.
PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS
The payment of the price of the purchased goods and the shipping costs, which will appear on the screen, can be made through the “bank gateway” installed on the web.

The User must notify BODEGAS CASTELO DE MEDINA SA, through comunicacion@castelodemedina.com or by phone 983 831 932 of any undue or fraudulent charge in the account provided for purchases on the Website, in the shortest possible time, with The object that the winery can take the steps it deems appropriate to solve it.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Right of withdrawal
The User will have a maximum period of seven (7) business days from the delivery of the product to withdraw, totally or partially, from the purchase of the product, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Once the period of seven (7) business days has expired, Bodegas Castelo de Medina will not accept returns for the withdrawal of product purchases.
In the event of desisting from the purchase of a product, the User must contact Bodegas Castelo de Medina by sending an email to comunicacion@castelodemedina.com.
In any case, in the event of desisting from the purchase, the following requirements must be met:
- The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
- The return to Bodegas Castelo de Medina must be made using the same box or envelope used in the delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition.
- A copy of the proof of purchase and the delivery note of the products must be included in the package, which also indicates the returned products and the reason for the return.
Returns of orders must be sent to the address of BODEGAS CASTELO DE MEDINA SA, Carretera CL-602, Kilometer 48, Villaverde de Medina (Valladolid), 47465. The User will assume the shipping costs for return in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Return of defective products
Without prejudice to any other rights that may correspond, the User will have the right to a refund of the price of defective products or products delivered if they do not correspond to the order placed by the User. Alternatively to the above, the User will have the right to claim, and have it delivered, an equal product, in perfect condition.
In the cases of return to Bodegas Castelo de Medina of defective products or that do not correspond to your order, this must be carried out by the User through the procedure established in the “Right to Dissent” section above, although the User, in In this case, you will not have to bear the costs of returning said products.
Provided that the User has followed the procedure established in the previous section and the requirements established in these General Conditions have been met, Bodegas Castelo de Medina will reimburse the price paid corresponding to the returned products that are defective or that do not correspond to the order of products made by the User, in accordance with the provisions of the subsequent section.
Refund of the price of the products to the User
Provided that the User has followed the procedure established in these General Conditions and the requirements established therein have been met, Bodegas Castelo de Medina will reimburse the price paid by the User for the returned products. In the event that the return is made in exercise of the User’s right of withdrawal described in the first section, Bodegas Castelo de Medina will not pay or face the expenses and / or return costs.
The User will not be entitled to a refund of the price of returned products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered, or the requirements established in these General Conditions have not been met.
Partial returns of an order will give rise to the refund of the price corresponding to the product or products actually returned.
Bodegas Castelo de Medina will manage the order to return the price through the same payment system used by the User for the acquisition of the products, within thirty (30) days from the collection of the returned order and once Bodegas Castelo de Medina has verified that the products to be returned comply with the requirements established in the previous sections. The application of the refund of the price in the User’s account will depend on the bank.
