Products purchased on the Bodegas Castelo de Medina website will be sent to all of Spain,except the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands. In case you want to receive your order at other addresses, please contact us at or at 983 831 932 where we will inform you of your particular case.

The period between placing the order and the date of the first delivery attempt by the transport company at the address indicated in the order, corresponds to two factors:

  • The delivery preparation period (24 to 48 h) = validation and verification of your data and payment + preparation of your order + collection by the transport company.
  • The time of transport and delivery of your order in relation to the place of destination (24 to 48 hours) and whether it is working days or holidays.

Bodegas Castelo de Medina undertakes to send you your order within a maximum of ten (10) calendar days and, if this is not possible, we will contact the buyer to explain why it is not possible.

Bodegas Castelo de Medina is committed to doing everything possible to respect delivery times. However, it is not responsible for the consequences due to a shipping delay or a loss of the package caused by a person outside the transport contract, by yourself or for reasons unforeseeable or insurmountable force majeure.

Shipments are made through a parcel service to guarantee that all the wines arrive at their destination in optimal conditions and in polystyrene boxes.

Once the order is confirmed and the payment has been made, the merchandise leaves our facilities arriving at its destination within a period of 2-3 working days except contingency or force majeure.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order, adding to the final cost. For orders over € 50, shipping costs are free in the Peninsula.

We advise you to verify that when you receive your package that everything is in accordance with your order and in perfect condition. If you do not agree with the items delivered or their status, sign and indicate by hand on the carrier’s delivery note the anomalies you found upon receipt. And notify us immediately at or at 983 831 932 to be able to resolve the incident.
