Description: 

 

Bright pink suit coat with salmon reflections, it features stylish, clean nose, with fine red fruit aromas without sacrificing freshness. The palate is smooth and balanced, recovering all the fruit and vivacity of the nose. It is harmonious and tasty.

 


TECHNICAL INFORMATION

 

Composition:

 

65% Tempranillo and 35% Grenache.

 

Analysis:


Alcoholic content: 13% vol.
Total acidity (TH2): 5.50 g/l.
Volatile acidity (Acetic acid): 0.24 g/l.
Free sulphurous: 30 ppm.
Residual sugars: 2.50 g/l.
PH: 3.22.

 

Consumption:


Drinking temperature: 8º - 10ºC.
Serving temperature: 6º - 8ºC.

 

Conservation:


Optimum temperature: 6º - 10ºC. 
Optimum humidity: 70%.
Store in a dark and slightly ventilated place.
