IGP Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León. Red Wine aged for ten months in French and American oak barrels.
Cherry red with bluish tones; good depth, bright. Aromas of vanilla, spice, ripe fruit, caramel and hints of eucalyptus on the nose. A strong balance between the wood tannins and the wine can be noticed on the palate. Likewise, the alcohol content, acidity and tannins are in perfect harmony. It is powerful, opening out splendidly in the mouth, and its long-lasting finish stays with you over time.
60% Syrah and 40% Tempranillo.
Alcoholic content: 13.50% vol.
Total acidity (TH2): 5 g/l.
Volatile acidity (Acetic acid): 0.50 g/l.
Free sulphurous: 30 ppm.
Residual sugars: 2 g/l.
Drinking temperature: 14º - 16ºC.
Serving temperature: 14º - 16ºC.
Optimum temperature: 16ºC.
Optimum humidity: 70%.
Store in a dark and slightly ventilated place.
