Description:
Straw yellow with greenish tones, bright and crystal clear. Aromas of newly mown grass, fennel, hay and apple, as well as tropical fruits (banana, pineapple and passion fruit). In the mouth, it is balanced, very powerful, with a grand, persistent finish, leaving freshness and a long-lasting aftertaste.

Composition:
85% Verdejo and 15 % Sauvignon Blanc.

Volatile acidity (Acetic acid): 0.25 g/l.

Residual sugars: 2.90 g/l.
PH: 3.22.
