Young red made through wine carbonic semi-maceration technique.
The wine has an intense cherry red colour with violet iridescences.
In the nose, we find wildberries aromas like raspberry, blackberry, cherry; floral aromas as narcissus and violets; and also aromatic shrubs, liquorice and lactic notes.
In the palate we have notes of red and black berries in a harmonious, soft and well-balanced wine with a good acidity.
Alcoholic content: 14,50% vol.
Total acidity (TH2): 5 g/l.
Volatile acidity (Acetic acid): 0,30 g/l.
Free sulphurous: 30 ppm.
Residual sugars: 1.70 g/l.
Drinking temperature: 10º - 12ºC.
Serving temperature: 8º - 10ºC.
Optimum temperature: 16ºC.
Optimum humidity: 70%.
Store in a dark and slightly ventilated place.
